Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Sunday (Eastern Standard Time) are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Our orders, on an international average, typically take 22 to 28 days from ordering to delivery. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send a confirmation email on your recent purchase that has tracking numbers for your package(s).
The estimated delivery dates that are updated to your unique tracking numbers are much more accurate due to our international shipping service provider calculating the distance to your delivery address.
Due to Selvence offering international shipping, tracking numbers may not be immediately updated on your national shipping service tracking website if the package is being shipped from a different country than yours. With this, please track your package with our Track Your Package portal, as it is updated in real-time through our international shipping service provider.
Tracking your package can also be done through the Shop app, which is available on IOS and Android devices, as this is linked to our website.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website, as these fees can sometimes be significant, and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Damages and issues
